Google recently released a lightweight version of Google Photos. The tech company launched its fresh Gallery Go app at the Google for Nigeria event, offering an option to the Google Photos app designed to work offline.
It has a Download size of just 10 Mb, Also is now available now to download in Play store.
Like Google Photos, Gallery Go uses Google’s Machine Learning algorithms to automatically organize pictures by individuals and their topic and content. Unlike Google Photos, however, Gallery Go is intended to operate offline, enabling customers to experience automatic organisation without an active data connection. The app enables users to generate folders to organize their pictures, as well as supporting SD cards, which should be very useful on these restricted devices for storage. The app is also just 10 MB in size when it comes to restricted storage, which is a fraction of the size of the Google Photos apk.
Gallery Go is available to all Android users (via the Google Play) globally for Android smartphones running Android 8.1 Oreo and more. Sadly, it isn’t available for iOS users.
